Thank you for your interest in Soktas.co Products and Soktas CADs. This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) governs your download and use of any Soktas CAD files. By accessing or using Soktas CADs in any way, you agree to be bound by this EULA between you (“You” or “Your”) and Soktas.co Pty Ltd (“Soktas.co”), the owner and licensor of Soktas Products and CADs.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, download, or use any Soktas CADs.
1. Licence Grant
Upon purchase or free download of Soktas CADs, Soktas.co grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the CAD files solely in accordance with this EULA and any Additional Usage Terms specified at the time of purchase. No title or ownership of the CAD files or underlying intellectual property is transferred to you.
2. Definitions
Soktas CADs: Digital files, drawings, 3D models, images or other representations of Soktas Products delivered as a packaged product. This includes any derivative, intermediary or reproduced files.
Soktas Products: All lighting fixtures, materials, components, and related technical documentation designed or supplied by Soktas.co.
Usage Terms: Any special licence conditions communicated by Soktas.co when you acquire a licence to use a specific Soktas CAD.

3. Permitted Use
You may:
Use Soktas CADs to design, specify, or present Soktas Products as part of your professional or personal projects.
Embed flattened, non-extractable rendered images of Soktas Products in your designs or presentations for clients, provided you acknowledge these licence restrictions to the recipient.
4. Licence Restrictions
You must not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble Soktas CADs.
Sub-licence, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or commercialise Soktas CADs or any derivative works.
Share the original CAD files with any third party—only flattened or locked renderings are permitted.
Use Soktas CADs or derived images in any misleading, deceptive, unlawful, or improper manner.
Omit or remove any proprietary notices, including trademarks, copyright or company branding.
If you provide a client with a flattened image of a Soktas Product, you must:
Inform them of these EULA restrictions;
Require them to cease use and delete all copies immediately upon any breach;
Require them to indemnify Soktas.co against any damages resulting from their breach.
5. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that Soktas.co retains all title, copyright, trademarks, patents, trade dress, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in Soktas CADs, Soktas Products, and the Website. Nothing in this EULA transfers any such rights to you.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Soktas CADs are provided “AS IS,” without any warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Soktas.co disclaims liability for any data loss, system damage, or consequential damages arising from your use of the CADs.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soktas.co, its officers, directors, employees and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages or costs (including legal fees) arising from:
Your breach of this EULA;
Your misuse of Soktas CADs;
Any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
8. Termination
This licence is effective until terminated. Soktas.co may terminate it immediately if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination you must delete all copies of Soktas CADs from your systems and certify in writing (upon request) that no copies remain.
9. Remedies
Soktas.co reserves the right to seek all available legal and equitable remedies for any breach of this EULA, including injunctive relief.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
11. Amendments
Soktas.co may amend this EULA at any time. Continued use of Soktas CADs after publication of amendments constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to amended terms, you must cease using and delete all copies of the CADs.
12. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Soktas.co regarding Soktas CADs, superseding all prior communications and agreements. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force and effect.
